It’s clear there is a new urgency for organisations to refocus their efforts to create true cultures of equality, diversity and inclusion. With new terminology emerging weekly, and the churn of online discourse shedding more heat than light, 'more of the same’ won’t cut it. How will you adapt your leadership to rise up to the challenge, rather than drowning in the complexity, or letting the chance for change pass you by?
TrustLab is proud to host an ‘Inclusive Leadership Lab', a new peer-coaching programme designed to help professionals in Diversity and Inclusion discover new courageous approaches to inclusive leadership. On this six-month programme with fellow D&I specialists, you'll move your own leadership - and your organisation - ahead of the inclusion curve.
TrustLab is a consultancy specialising in inclusive leadership, founded by Yasmeen Akhtar and Debbie Danon in 2017. Our mission is to enable organisations and individuals to develop new approaches to courageous inclusive leadership.
In partnership with Karen Stenning and the developmental community Absolute Alchemy, TrustLab is piloting our core offer; a peer-coaching Lab for senior leaders uncovering insights that move society forward in tackling exclusion and marginalisation.
